Sarah German

Sarah went to the University of Northern Iowa and graduated in 2006 with a bachelor of arts in ceramics. Since college she has continued to develop her work as a part-time studio potter where she produces work for galleries, art festivals, and exhibitions from her home studio. 

Sarah has also found a career in arts education and administration, ranging from teaching youth and adult ceramics classes to working to create arts outreach and artist professional development programming in Austin. She just finished the summer in Newcastle, Maine as the Residency Liaison for Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts, and have recently returned to Austin to work full-time in her studio.
